1. Operator

Vladimir Tudakov, trading as TransMedia — Webflow Assets (Grafik- und Kommunikationsdesign), Frankfurter Allee 216, 10365 Berlin, Germany. Operating as a small business under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung).

2. Acceptance

By placing an order, downloading a file, or otherwise using the products and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Products

TransMedia sells digital products only: Webflow cloneables, token systems, site templates and CMS architecture. There is no physical shipping. Access is provided via a clone link or download.

4. Payments and reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software Inc., which acts as Merchant of Record for all orders. Payment, billing frequency, applicable taxes, currency conversion and invoicing are governed by Polar's buyer terms.

5. Licence

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own and your clients' projects, including commercial work.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, in whole or as-is;
• include the files in a product whose primary value is the files themselves (a competing template pack or marketplace listing);
• share account credentials or download links with people outside your organisation.

6. Refunds

Digital products are delivered immediately, so the statutory right of withdrawal expires on delivery once you have agreed to immediate access. If a file is broken or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

7. Updates and availability

Products may be updated over time. We aim to keep purchased assets available to buyers but do not guarantee indefinite hosting of any particular version.

8. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where German law mandates otherwise (including injury to life, body or health, and breaches of essential contractual obligations).

9. Governing law

German law applies. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
